Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting our products in the market, using campaign tools and evaluating the distributors' technical knowledge of Akott products. The key market success factors include:
Networking with Distributors:
The goal is to find winning partners who can effectively sell Akott products and grow the business. Responsibilities include:
Evaluating the current distributors' network to meet expectations.Proposing new distributors or agents in the territory if needed.Setting up the best distributors' network to achieve positive results.Monitoring and supervising distributors' yearly forecast commitments.Supervising distributors' activities (projects in progress, customer visits, sampling, etc.).Discussing pricing strategy with Akott management.Constant Contacts with Distributors:
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining communication via emails, phone calls, webinars, and web calls to support distributors technically and strategically.Encouraging distributors to promote Akott products.Following up on distributors' ongoing projects and checking sample feedback.Supervising and providing feedback on Akott's digital media activities.Updating distributors with useful news and information for their promotion.Requesting quarterly reports from distributors on ongoing projects.Conducting web calls for business plan reviews and product training.Visiting Distributors:
Responsibilities include:
Visiting distributors in their countries from one to two times per year, or more as needed based on strategy.Providing product training to the distributor's sales team.Joining customer calls with distributors.Managing workshops/seminars with distributors' customers.Analyzing how distributors promote Akott products to ensure effective strategies.Attending trade shows with distributors when required.Managing workshops for distributors at IN COSMETICS ASIA in Bangkok and attending the Akott booth at trade shows with colleagues.
