Responsibilities/Tasks Do you have what it takes to build strong relationships, coordinate day-to-day tasks with your dedicated customer accounts and thrive in a supportive and international environment? Represent our client towards the customer and act as the primary contact for your own customer accountsDevelop and maintain business relationships with your dedicated B2B customer base and nurture these connections into strong, long term partnershipsWork closely together with different departments, such as sales, finance, shipping locations and international stakeholders to give the best possible service to our customersManage order fulfilment from receipt to shipment, including entering, scheduling and confirming of ordersMonitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with our production locations in Asia, USA and EuropeFollow up & follow through on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products and services and ensure customer requirements are met consistentlyPartner with Sales to onboard new customers and maintain accuracy of customer dataCollaborate closely with Inside Sales team members, sharing information and best practices and support each other to achieve team goalsCollaborate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processesRequirements Bachelor degree (obtained through education or working experience)Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in the French languageStrong organizational and planning skillsGreat communication and intercultural skillsProactive self-starter and independent thinkerExperience within an (international) customer relations environment is a plusKnowledge of SAP/CRM systems is an advantageThis is a hybrid work environnement.
