Descripción del puesto : A fast fashion company focused on women between 17-25 y/o with European style and composed of an international team is looking for an Accessories Designer.
Responsabilidades principales:
Design for assigned collection(s) following the guidelines from the Creative Director in a clear and focused way geared towards the market.
Support the Creative Director for the continuous success/growth of the company in the fast fashion market, keeping updated with market trends and new product opportunities.
Build and deliver strong design for assigned collection(s) with a creative, innovative, and consumer-targeted approach in line with the annual growth plan.
Prepare and participate in the collection hub to ensure the assigned collection can cover the latest fashion trends and styling.
Take a leading role in reviewing and providing comments on all samples in terms of design details.
Create and maintain all design records, including technical data sheets and all relevant details.
Inject commercial and trend-driven material ideas, constantly updating quality, finish, details, and product to meet market demands.
Ensure effective communication/visits to existing suppliers.
Assure proper communication with the buying team and technicians throughout the whole design development process.
Frequent inspiration trips.
Perfil:
Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Previous experience in the fast fashion industry.
Positive and creative profiles passionate about fashion.
Advanced in Adobe and basic in Office and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and be a strong communicator.
Strong fashion sense, especially in street/casual-wear brands.
Ubicación: Casablanca. The company offers interesting relocation conditions.
