This senior leadership position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of labour relations, ensuring compliance with local and international labour laws, and developing strategies that align with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in labour relations, a deep understanding of the Spanish labour market, and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks while fostering positive relationships between management and employees.Key Responsibilities:Labour Relations Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive labour relations strategy that aligns with Wallbox Chargers' business objectives and promotes a positive workplace culture.Union and Employee Negotiations: Lead negotiations with unions and employee representatives, ensuring that the company's interests are effectively communicated and that agreements are fair, sustainable, and legally compliant.Legal Compliance: Ensure that all labour relations practices are in full compliance with Spanish and European Union labour laws. Stay informed of any changes in legislation and advise senior management accordingly.Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving labour disputes and grievances. Implement conflict resolution strategies that are both effective and in line with company policies.Policy Development: Oversee the development and implementation of company policies related to labour relations, including those concerning employee rights, working conditions, compensation, and workplace safety.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade unions, legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and internal management teams.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for management on labour relations best practices, legal requirements, and effective negotiation techniques
