Our client, a leading managed service provider in the field of IP, Enterprise Networks, and security is seeking a Service Manager to join their team.
This role is critical in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, with a focus on managing inquiries, escalation management, and providing top-tier customer support.
Responsibilities: Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responsesHandle customer escalations, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved efficientlyLead the customer support team, ensuring service standards are met or exceededCollaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and service deliveryEnsure smooth service delivery, working with both technical and non-technical customersSkills/Must have: Fluent in German and English (ability to engage with a diverse range of customers)Proven experience working in an ISP (Internet Service Provider) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environmentStrong background in managing customer inquiries and escalation managementExceptional communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentSalary: €75,000
