We transform the classroom to excite, motivate and stimulate boys and girls, promoting meaningful learning.
To achieve this, we offer schools quality resources, manipulative material, teacher training, a self-adaptive, and self-correcting gamified platform, and personalized advice.
In other words, we work to make Math accessible and exciting, providing our students with the tools they need to confront the world around us with a critical mind.Innovamat's communityWe are a network of more than people who are passionate about teaching Mathematics and technology.
All this combined has caused us to reach more than schools, which is more than students and teachers.
We started in Barcelona, but we have managed to reach schools throughout the state territory, Latin America and Italy.Your day to day at InnovamatYou will support managers (and their teams) to achieve their business objectives from a people management point of view.You will participate in the planning and structuring process of the different teams of people that we will need.You will promote the continuous improvement of our processes to continue improving.You will participate in defining and planning performance evaluations and preparing training plans.You will help us prepare and implement new evaluation programs for the team.You will coordinate with the managers of the revenue area to develop new actions to promote continuous improvement in the teams.You will help us to promote a good work environment to ensure that everyone at Innovamat is happy in their day-to-day work.You will develop and implement short, medium, and long-term plans to improve the well-being of the team's people and achieve business objectives.You will be an intermediary and/or mediator when required by the people in your business unit.You will get to know and promote our culture and the mechanisms and policies that support it.You will support the search for Talent to meet the needs of the team from sourcing, screening, and coordinating the selection process from start to finish with the Hiring Managers team.What do we look for in you?Knowledge of organization and its matrix structure.Business knowledge.Conflict resolution capacity.Analysis capacity (data and/or evidence).Knowledge of talent management and development.2 or more years of similar experience.Good communication skills.Dynamic and proactive person in solving problems with the ability to learn and adapt.Patient, kind, and empathetic person.Native level of communication and writing in Catalan, Spanish, and a good level of English.Passion for education and innovation.And above all... a desire to change the world and have fun!Nice to haveGraduated or licensed in Psychology, RRLL, ADE, Pedagogy...You have previously worked in a Startup or technology company.What can you expect from Innovamat?The opportunity to transform the education sector and see how children rediscover mathematics and become passionate about it.Training and growth plan in a young, enthusiastic and dynamic environment.Indefinite contract.Remote-friendly and flexible timetable.Team building days.All the coffee, water, milk and/or tea, separately or mixed, that you can drink ; )An environment and team which care a lot about teamwork, communication based on honesty and respect, the feeling of belonging, intensity, pace, and being self-demanding.If you think you are the person we are looking for we would love to meet you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
