.Remoto: Trabajo híbrido Job Purpose: Responsibilities: Utilize multiple sourcing and networking techniques using our Workday ATS and CRM tool, Phenom, as well as Boolean searches, social sites, niche industry searches, industry contacts, association memberships, and trade groups. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers as needed to identify and implement sourcing strategies aligned with role requirements and departmental needs. Partner with recruiter to review market intelligence on top talent and make recommendations based on analytics and market trends. Assign requisitions to recruiters based on global support alignment, ensuring efficient coordination practices. Manage Global Employee Referral and Background Check programs. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed. Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional language. Able to interact effectively with high levels of management (managers & above). Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time. Multilingual highly preferred. WorkDay ATS experience or experience with similar systems is a plus.
