A-622 Product Data Analyst (Full Remote Within Spain)

This position works in concert with the Project Manager on determining product usability, requirements and prioritization. Your main mission will be to define and execute analyses of our users and companies with the objective of identifying trends, opportunities, and problems to improve the product.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis to understand user behaviour and proactively propose solutions based on the findings of this research.Monitor on a daily basis KPI's and understand the product performance.Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more.Be a steward of data quality, ensuring that metrics and KPIs are consistently reported across the catalogue of dashboards and data products.Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualisation tools and dashboards.Support the process of A/B testing by choosing the right metrics to optimise, set up the tracking, analyse the results and provide recommendations.Align with engineering teams to ensure data availability/quality of new features and data sources.Requirements:
Your expertise in a nutshell:
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.Experience with defining high-level KPIs.Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts).Excellent communicator.Excellent data presentation and visualisation skills.You are passionate about technology and used to working with IT Teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus.Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.Google Sheets/Excel proficiency.Benefits:
