About the role
The Adecco Group's Strategy function plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's long-term success by orchestrating strategic planning, supporting key initiatives, and providing actionable insights to inform decision making. As part of this function, the Insights arm is integral to formulating, substantiating, and driving the Group's strategy by leveraging evidence-based analysis and informed opinions. In a dynamic and competitive landscape, continuous competitor and market intelligence are essential to identify emerging risks and opportunities proactively. By staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, the Strategy team ensures that the Adecco Group maintains a sustainable value proposition that anticipates and meets the evolving needs of our clients and candidates and stands out from the competition.
The role of Analyst reports directly to the VP - Insights & Strategy within the Group Strategy Team, which is part of the Chief of Staff office. The Chief of Staff reports to the CEO, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals and priorities.
Please note the role is opened to candidates in the following locations: Prague (Czechia), Sofia (Bulgaria), Madrid (Spain).
What you'll be doing Identify, monitor, and analyse emerging trends in the world of work and The Adecco Group competitive landscape, translating them into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Strengthen competitive intelligence in the IT/Digital/Engineering-service industry and HR-service industry, providing strategic guidance for the Group's positioning.
Distil analysis into clear and concise strategic recommendations, effectively communicating findings to C-level and executive management.
Collaborate with global, cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders on strategic projects and initiatives.
About you 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, market intelligence, equity or industry research analyst role, or similar.
Expertise in the HR industry, IT-Service-, or Engineering Service industry either from within the industry, or a management consulting background.
Demonstrable interest in and understanding of the Adecco Group's areas of business - flexible staffing (Adecco), professional talent solutions (LHH), and engineering consulting services (Akkodis).
Demonstrable interest and understanding of digital businesses, emerging technologies, and their impact on the future of work.
Curious, passionate, and detail-oriented individual with strong data, analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
English fluency and advanced PowerPoint presentation skills required.
Strong academic background with a focus on business, finance or engineering preferred.
