Gimmonix lands with its subsidiary in Palma de Mallorca with the forecast of hiring 40 positions in the coming months, for which it is starting a selection process to build and complete the best team of professionals.
The Gimmonix Palma office will be the main hub for the Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams, as well as an extension of the R&D and CS departments.
The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.
