Who you'll work with You will join one of our offices either in Madrid or Paris to work in teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. To do so, you will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations. The team you're about to join consists of motivated, young, and fun individuals. People in the team have multicultural backgrounds and are top profiles from companies like McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.
About the role You will:
Provide a detailed analysis of opportunities and inefficiencies; proposing changes to operational processes; driving a high standard in execution; ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Serve as the primary liaison between Candlelight teams and the events operations team, ensuring clear and efficient communication channels.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization, working closely with department heads to implement changes.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Analyse key performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications You are degree qualified, with strong data analysis, oral, and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
- 5+ years of experience in a related role or consulting background.
You will have strong analytical, relationship management, and organisational skills. You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions. You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
