License Management StrategySupport the development of customer organization's IT software license management strategy.
Establish policies, processes, and governance for managing software assets and licenses.
Ensure alignment of license management processes with industry best practices and compliance regulations.2.
Compliance AuditEnsure the organization is compliant with software licensing terms and conditions.
Coordinate internal and external software license audits.
Identify compliance risks and take proactive measures to mitigate potential licensing issues.3.
Software License OptimizationAnalyze software usage and license entitlements to optimize licensing costs.
Work with the customer to ensure cost-effective software licensing agreements.
Identify opportunities to improve utilization of software licenses and recommend appropriate actions.4.
Process ImprovementContinuously evaluate and enhance the software license management process.
Implement automation tools and solutions to improve tracking, reporting, and optimization of licenses.
