You will devise solutions and strategies to improve performance and overcome daily and longer-term business challenges and drive our quarterly business cadence.You will be directly involved in pricing decisions and pricing strategy of assigned Countries and you will run reviews on the effectiveness and sustainability of the plan.Together with the Product team, you will help the countries to design and identify the opportunities of the future product in the roadmap.We are looking for someone who has:* Outstanding business acumen* Supported Consumer and Business segment* Supported phone business* The ambitious entrepreneurship and the desire to achieve even more* The bravery to explore new ways to do business, and to respond to our fast, ever-moving market landscape* The ability to use data to make compelling arguments and business casesKey to this success in this role is the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed and complex environment and to be able to influence key decision makers on Iberia market
