As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a dedicated professional who will contribute to creating a safe, compliant, and attractive workplace for our employees.About the Role:The HR Generalist will oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle in close collaboration with local management.
This role is primarily focused on Health & Safety compliance and payroll management, ensuring legal and organizational standards are upheld while fostering a positive work environment.What You'll Be Doing:Health & Safety: Supervise and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, implementing effective preventative measures.Payroll Management: Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries.Handle Management of wellbeing initiatives and flexible compensation and benefits programsCoordinate documentation and processes related to workplace safety and risk assessments.Support onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration for new team members.Maintain and manage employee documentation (contracts, records, etc.
), ensuring compliance and accuracy.Handle ad hoc recruitment needs, focusing on strategic roles aligned with business priorities.Assist in the annual training and development plan in collaboration with the local management team.Act as a liaison with the Workers' Council and manage labor relations in collaboration with external advisors.What You'll Need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or equivalent experience in the field.At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in an international or manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll processes .Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and experience implementing workplace safety measures.Excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and professional communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software tools.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.What We Offer:At MejorSet, we foster a collaborative and diverse environment, emphasizing authenticity, responsibility, and personal growth.
