In this role, you will be responsible for fostering active participation among patients and caregivers, ensuring their voices shape the development of e-health tools that address their specific needs and challenges. Your role will involve coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Europe to facilitate patient-centered insights, guiding participatory research practices, and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSEducational Background: A degree in healthcare management, social sciences, public health, psychology, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or certification in patient involvement, or participatory research is advantageous.Patient Involvement Experience: At least 3 years of experience in patient involvement or public engagement within healthcare or research settings, ideally involving work with vulnerable or diverse populations, such as adolescents and young adults with cognitive impairments.Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating projects, including developing timelines, managing resources, and ensuring delivery of project milestones.Qualitative Research Knowledge: Familiarity with qualitative research methods such as focus groups, interviews, and thematic analysis, including experience in data collection and analysis for patient-centered or participatory research.Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and researchers. Experience facilitating workshops or focus groups is highly valued.Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to work sensitively with patients and families dealing with complex health issues
