What will you do? En colaboración con el/la Jefe/a de departamento, supervisar diariamente el planning de reservas de habitaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, informes de ocupación y estadísticas, así como la lista de "no llegados", clientes VIP, etc. Comprobar los Rooming List de los grupos, asignación de habitaciones y cambios. Atender, registrar y asignar habitaciones personalmente a clientes cuando es necesario. Atender personalmente reclamaciones, informando de las mismas a los departamentos afectados. Proponer al/a la Jefe/a de Departamento las mejoras que estime oportunas. Colaborar con el/la Jefe/a de Recepción y la dirección en la política de tarifas de habitaciones. What are we looking for? Formación: Grado en Turismo, ADE o similar.
Ciclo Formativo Superior Hostelería. Experiencia: mínima de un año en puesto similar. Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable segundo idioma. Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, programas de reserva. Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Orientación al cliente. Trabajo en equipo. Capacidad de planificación y organización. Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
