What You'll Do: Help the Global Reporting Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Proactively identify and collect analytical, tooling and reporting needs from different stakeholders - Client Solutions, Sales Operations, Global Sales Compensation etc. Participate in the building process of a quarterly roadmap, based on leadership / end users business needs, in order to deliver upon the BI strategy. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Commercial POD team, including project management and performance management. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop BI solutions, and deliver actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and approaches that could improve our BI capabilities. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in BI solutions by developing and maintaining data quality controls and processes. Work collaboratively with the Sales Excellence, Sales Ops., Sales Strategy and IIT Teams to continuously improve customer centricity, enhance functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs. Train and mentor team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality BI solutions. Communicate BI insights and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Who You Are: At least 4-5 years of experience working within BI, Data analytics or sales operations. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.)
or in Business, Finance with equivalent practical experience. Previous management experience is a plus. SQL proficiency is required. Experience working with PowerBi. Experience in CRM-Analytics is a strong plus. Background in any of the following is a plus: Python, Tableau, Vertica, Hive/Hadoop, MS SQL Studio. Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve complex problems in an autonomous way. Exceptional attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the big picture. Combining technical skills, passion for learning and the ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills in English.
