Job Title: Partner Solution Architect Manager - Enterprise Workloads

Job Summary: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced technical manager to lead an EMEA wide team of partner solution architects to help our partners scale and grow their businesses with Enterprise workloads like SAP. In this role, you will hire and develop some of the industry's best cloud-based solutions architects, coach them on cloud adoption best practices, and empower them to further develop their technical areas of depth as well as their communication, presentation and strategic advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities: Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers.Coach Solutions Architects to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many technical sessions.Formulate and execute a partner-focused strategy to drive adoption of AWS for Enterprise Workloads like SAP.Guide and prioritize the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices.Own the technical strategy that will increase customer value and adoption of well-architected AWS solutions across industries.Drive Solutions Architecture initiatives across multiple sales areas in EMEA.Act as a conduit and liaison between partners, service engineering teams, and support.Work in a globally matrixed organization to advance the goals of EMEA partners and their use and success with AWS.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.Experience managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers, or similar technical roles.History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements.AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) or other industry certification.We value your passion to discover, invent, and build on behalf of customers.
