We are looking for a Content & Search Business Analyst who will help us to find the cheapest content out there and build the best itinerary combinations. To achieve that, you will collaborate with our Content and Search product teams, extract insights from data to evaluate and uncover new opportunities as well as to control current solutions performance in order to raise issues or propose improvements.
Your key responsibilities will be:Define, lead & coordinate quick corrective actions of missed opportunities, following up with relevant stakeholders for long-term sustainable solutions.Analyze, understand and report our cache, content sources & itinerary engine KPIs to provide business recommendations in order to optimize performance, costs, and revenues.Build meaningful and appealing self-service dashboards independently.Build business cases to calculate the ROI of engineering developments and partner contract negotiations.Setting up and automating data-related team processes.Close cooperation with internal stakeholders - Product, Engineering, Data Platform, Data Modeling, Business Development, etc.Requirements:You have 2+ years of experience in the area of product/business analysis or other relevant work experience and knowledge.You are a data-literate person that is used to working with large datasets in order to solve complex problems, identify changes in trends, and find problems' root causes by understanding the business/product dynamics of the company.You have experience working with Data Visualization tools and Reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Qlik, etc.You are able to work proficiently with spreadsheets like Excel or Google Sheets.You have an advanced level of English, both oral and written.You are eager to work in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly and you can have a great impact on company growth and development.You are able to communicate complex results to less quantitatively sophisticated users.You are an analytical person with flawless attention to detail, a 'can do' attitude, and good problem-solving skills.Experience working with SQL and/or Python will be a plus.We offer you:Flexible working hours.30 paid vacation days, sick days, private medical insurance, Employee Assistance Program, GymForLess membership, the annual subscription for El Bicing.Flight vouchers to celebrate your kiwi anniversaries.Hardware from Apple or Microsoft based on your preferences.Unlimited contracts within a forward-thinking and ambitious company.Relocation package (including visa transfer support).Dogs and parties are welcome in our offices.Interested?
