Responsibilities: The position will be a key contributor to business success providing support in day to day operations and especially at month end for the related financial processes, such as: Various reports Sales, Sellex Commissions and other ad hoc reports, weekly and also on monthly basis Support Handling Internal and External Audits Draft and implement Management/Calculation/Reconciliation of Rebates Agreements Commission accruals and reviews Coordinate and set up Distributor terms (Trade Discounts & DSDR) in SAP Business Support (Management, Credit, Cash Applications, AP, Finance, etc.)
Sellex Accruals and reconciliation Cost Management Web cycle CAPEX Assets management Develops and drives knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Finance/Accounting/Pricing experience Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Superior problem solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills are a must Experience working in an international environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, strong knowledge of the SAP and Business Warehouse, Tableau environments are a must Focused, organized, results-oriented, decision maker and self-motivated individual Act as role model on regard to compliance, integrity and diligence Language: English and Spanish Business Proficiency (verbal and written) As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Axalta is committed to a diverse workforce.
