Job Description: As Supply Chain Excellence Systems Reporting & Data Analytics Manager, you will be driving a Supply Chain Excellence Culture through Europe relating to the Transport Management System, reducing waste through improved reporting and data analytics.
This role supports the European Supply Chain with continuous improvement by running and coordinating projects focusing on People, Customer, Cost and Environment.
Responsibilities: Be the key relationship manager between CHEP Supply Chain and our Transport Management System (TMS) provider for key problems with integration, development and changes.
Act as TMS system administrator.
Responsible for stakeholder liaison between Supply Chain Excellence and the Supply Chain Logistics Directors.
In conjunction with the European Supply Chain Leadership team, establish and manage the portfolio of strategic projects and programmes.
Coordinate regional projects related to Supply Chain Reporting & Analysis to ensure that there is no duplication of work, conflict of processes and that the proper segregation of duties is in place.
Coordinate, lead and implement IT related projects, networking with IT contacts to ensure robust requirements gathering, strong User Acceptance Testing and smooth implementation.
Liaising with Supply Chain Leads to ensure that all reports are standardised and agreed across Europe.
Lead in the formulation and implementation of training solutions.
Lead continuous improvement sessions.
Responsible for the driving of the best practices and a culture of excellence.
What we look for: Project Management qualifications and experience.
Green Belt desirable.
Supply chain experience - Specifically logistics processes.
Service Centre Procedures.
Data Analytics.
SAP Use.
Strong understanding of lean waste analysis and six sigma.
Strong analytical and technical skills - including negotiating, risk mitigation and problem resolution.
Good knowledge of the Transport Management System.
Experience in managing complex software implementations & IT specific projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP.
Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools - PowerBI, BlueView.
Languages: English fluency.
Spanish desired.
