Icosium is seeking a highly responsible, strong organisational and planning skill plus customer oriented full-time Front Desk member to join our team at our office in Madrid. This is an on-site role.
Responsibilities Introduction of data on different computer programs.
Review, control and file of invoices.
Order management and incident resolution.
Management of administrative documentation.
Customer information and service.
File management.
Organize and follow up on requests or incidents from our drivers.
Preparing accounting for management.
Other administrative tasks.
Qualifications Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills. Communication skills.
Customer Service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; Google Calendars, Teams, among others.
A team player, with the ability to build relationships based on trust and understanding.
Spanish, English and French strong oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills (minimum B2 for English and B1 for French).

Other Preferred Qualifications Demonstrable experience in an administrative role ideally in the transportation or fuel industry of at least 1 year.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Be curious about the Transportation - Fuel & Gas Tech business and eager to grow.
Have the ability to acquire, accumulate, and accurately report on sales activities.
Ability to build credible and influential relationships with external and internal contacts at all levels.
Highly organised, methodical, and able to adopt a proactive approach.
Able to use a CRM and be proficient in the use of sales tools and methodologies.
Personality traits: capable of embracing rapid change, fast learner, highly adaptable, team player, positive, and fun to work with.
