Position Summary
ThermoFisher is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sr.
Customer Service Representative.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class organization dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities Coordinate with Accounting as necessary to assist in account set up.Verify product/stock numbers, pricing and product availability.Work with various departments within ThermoFisher to clarify any discrepancies prior to order entry.
This includes working closely with field sales and customer service, as needed, to clarify customer requirements.Assist customer with order placement and key orders into Thermo ERP system.Fax order acknowledgements to customers.Requirements Must have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.Experience in using an integrated ERP system (SAP).Management of correspondence with various customers, selling partners, and internal personnel within different departments.Customer service experience preferred.Strong time management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under demanding time constraints.High English level.Join our team and be a part of our world-class organization.
