Our Global R&D Engineering team is developing and maintaining a wide and diverse range of products and technology including intelligent camera systems, battery sipping security sensors, and advanced access control solutions. At the heart of our alarm system, we have the Central Unit, which orchestrates all communications between products installed at customers' homes or businesses and provides fail-safe connectivity to our Verisure backend.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Central Unit Tools & Infrastructure team, with a possibility to be located in either our office in Malmö or Madrid. Our team's mission revolves around enhancing and securing our infrastructure and tools to enable our development teams to deliver high quality products and services. Naturally, you will work in close collaboration with engineers from different development teams to provide help and expertise.
Responsibilities
Improving and updating Jenkins build jobs scripts.
Building new tools and services for both internal and external development teams across R&D.
Manage, maintain, and configure our servers to improve efficiency and security.

Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent university programmes.
Experience with Linux OS and Docker containers.
