The RoleThe IT Infrastructure (Enterprise Solutions) Project Manager is responsible for all Infrastructure/Security/Operations projects end-to-end (planning, budget, resources, reporting, etc.) and to ensure the correct and timely allocation and performance of ICT Infrastructure resources needed for all company-wide projects.
What you will do:Assess the requirements of the ICT related projects (internal ICT projects as well as business projects where ICT Infrastructure involvement is required), provide estimates, plan the budget, allocate resources, own communications and governance ensuring technical feasibility.Work closely with the various ICT Managers (from both Operations and Technology/Security) for identifying the best appropriate ICT profiles for every single project and for ensuring projects performance requirements are well identified in the goals/objectives of the teams.Work with the Enterprise PMO for updating the PMO tool on a regular basis.Proactively identify project delivery risks and issues. Establish mitigation mechanisms and effectively communicate and escalate to ensure progress.Build action plan with the project stakeholders and ensure project execution (Build project presentation, host project kick-off, govern project lifecycle).Liaise with internal clients, key stakeholders, and management team to provide status updates on the progress of projects (Manage Projects steering committees as per projects timeline and projects execution, provide regular dashboards to project sponsor and stakeholders).Manage internal projects (ICT) working closely with internal departments and third-party suppliers.Be the focal point for non-ICT projects ensuring resources are allocated and milestones are met within ICT responsibilities.Prepare reporting (tracking of milestones on time, deviation of budget, scope creep, etc.) for ICT Projects.Elaborate and maintain accurate staff planning and tracking for both ICT internal Projects and company-wide projects that require ICT participation.Ensure all activities are executed in line with agreed policies, best practices, and standards.What you need to have:Solid technical background in understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure.Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including understanding of project disciplines such as risk and issue management and budgetary control.PMP Certification would be a plus.Experience in a multinational IT environment with remote/dotted line management of staff in multiple countries.Knowledge of SAP environments (ECC, S/4 Hana, BW) and SAP Archiving would be a big plus.Knowledge of important enterprise technologies such as Windows Server and SQL Server.Exposure to business change/transformation projects/programs.
