Presentation of the team and business activitiesYou will be part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team.
You will work closely with Fresh Graduates Talent Partner and the VIE Talent Acquisition.
You will act primarily as a project manager for the streamlining project of the VIE program and also as a coordinator for the VIE recruitments at global level.
A glance about V.I.E Program:An international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.
Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary, which depends on the host country.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?As part of the VIE team, your main mission involves two major parts:
VIE Continuous Improvement & Project Management:Actively contribute to the optimization of the VIE-related processes, by proposing and implementing improvements.Support the team in coordinating the Management of VIE Optimization Project (facilitate and follow up on meetings, prepare memos and presentations).Improve and propose new VIE materials and tools (e.g.
VIE guides, presentations, dashboards…) to contribute to the enhancement of the VIE experience.Orienting and educating VIE community (share the information tools, help with change management).Maintain and follow up VIE KPIs and dashboards making sure information is on track for internal stakeholders.VIE recruitment coordination:Create job requisitions and coordinate with Talent Acquisition managers for the hiring process (recruitment, offer presentation, contract creation).Provide support in the change management related to improvements in the recruitment process.
