Title: Director of Localization, QA
Location: Anywhere in Spain
Contract: Remote in Spain | Permanent
PTW International is looking for an experienced Localization, QA leader. In this role, you will lead a large global team, reporting into our Chief Operating Officer, driving the success of our Localization QA teams.
This role is a key strategic partner position within PTW, responsible for driving the continued success of the team.
What you'll be doing
Process management
Analyse and determine resource requirements to support current LQA needs
Forecast and communicate future LQA needs from a strategic perspective
Own the implementation and management of global LQA operations to support organizational objectives
Manage daily client deliverables and the revenue achievable
Evaluate milestones and ensure that testing is carried out at the scheduled time and duration for each title
Evaluate, nurture and grow the skills and usage of our LQA team
Prepare and review proposals based on RFPs and RFIs from new clients
Ensure the processes and documentation follow business and third-party audit compliance
Develop, set, evaluate and evolve the standards for success across the test organizations
Client satisfaction
Assessing client requirements for all the new business
Assessing and charting requirements for existing clients
Ensuring the client requirements are delivered with a high level of satisfaction
Develop professional relationships with targeted clients and maintain strategic relationships with existing clients
Project management
Understanding of the client business and SLA of the project
Ensure the information on client business, product knowledge, scripts, etc. are received from the client
Ensure monthly billing details of each project are sent to the Accounts Department
Single point of contact for client
Manage client deliverables and revenue streams
Revenue
Be aware of revenue-wise projections and targets
Meeting revenue and margin targets for the department
Work with sales for new business proposals
Manage profitability of each account
People management
Ensure adequate staffing, training, and technical support on all the projects
Develop the LQA management teams to enable them to excel
Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the realms of testing and facilitate the technical and non-technical skills development of the testing team
Compliance, process reengineering and others
Ensure 100% compliance on all audit and informational security requirements
