.As a Product Consultant in the Solutions Delivery team, you will be participating in various implementation projects by supporting clients on our RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs, CRM Connectors, and Excel Add-in products. You should possess both functional and technical capabilities, together with client-facing skills. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing tasks such as:Client-facing requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with internal & external key stakeholders.Working closely with prospects & clients and providing feedback through relevant escalation channels to Product Management.Assisting our clients to build technical API/Connectors interfaces to our Products.Configuring and/or customizing various workflows and process-related aspects of our API, CRM Connectors, and Excel Add-in.Providing best practices, consultancy, and golden standard approaches to ensure stability and proper usage of our APIs.Actively participating in enhancing our API/CRM Connectors/Add-in suite and knowledge database (e.G., documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of "how-to" entries, etc.).Conversing with client technical resources as well as operational teams to articulate and translate business requirements into complex technical API streams.Minimum Qualifications:Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.G., Bachelor's degree) required, preferably in finance, banking, or computer technology; graduate/second-level (e.G., Master's/MBA) degree preferred.Relevant SaaS implementation experience, preferably within a financial institution or financial software organization related to business intelligence & data analysis.Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.Experience with scripting, preferably in HTML/CSS, Python, and/or JavaScript, is an advantage.Capability to lead and participate in all phases of an implementation project.Firsthand experience with market standard CRM/ERP (Salesforce, MSD Dynamics, SAP).Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal or external clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties.Basic understanding of Accounting concepts and/or Financial Instruments considered beneficial.
