The Medical Insights Writer is responsible for the analysis of medical insights collected by customer-facing teams and the production of high-quality reports based on those insights.
The Medical Insights Writer ensures that customer feedback is looped into the strategy and reaches key stakeholders that have the potential to implement these actionable insights.
The Medical Insights Writer uses his/her subject-matter expertise to also provide trainings to customer-facing teams to increase the quality of the insights, so resources are more efficiently used, and more value is provided to the company.
Functions and Responsibilities:Analysis of medical insights, detecting trends and prioritizing insights that are relevant across his/her scope.Production of high-quality reports containing key actionable insights following asset's Critical Success Factors and key stakeholders' priorities.Provision of recommendations to Therapeutical Areas based on data and insights, and present in key forums if needed.Partnership and close collaboration with key stakeholders, including Corporate and OPUs, to increase value and ultimately business growth.Give trainings to increase quality and value of insights including empowerment of customer-facing teams.Identify enhancement needs related to medical insights quality and reporting; propose improvement opportunities through innovative and service-oriented solutions when needed.Act as a point of escalation for internal customers on questions, concerns and suggestions for improvement related to his/her Therapeutical Area.Work with Team Lead to make sure potential gaps and roadblocks are raised and addressed within his/her scope.Project Management support per defined needs. Profile & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Health Technology Sciences or similar.At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in medical communication, project management and change management.Excellent English in written, reading, and speaking (this job will be 100% in English).
Spanish or other languages is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Reviewing, consolidating, prioritizing and active listening skills are required.Ability to connect, build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships with others is required.Ability to communicate with confidence and using subject-matter expertise to provide guidance and share knowledge is required.Strong project management skills, experience in project teams and developing scientific communications and presentations.Self-motivated, strong orientation to results and highly organized.Ability to work independently and in complex matrix organizations. Nice to have:Experience working with AI tools.Experience in training.Experience in the Medical Department.Master's degree in a Scientific Field.Operational experience in medical activities.
