We are currently looking for professionals to join the collective architecture studio being built at Grahana. This marketplace connects architects, interior designers, and construction companies with luxury development projects worldwide, utilizing a methodology based on standardized processes and project management tools to ensure seamless collaboration among all stakeholders. The role's mission is to ensure the successful execution of luxury residential projects in the Costa del Sol region by overseeing all aspects of construction, from budgeting and planning to on-site supervision and quality control. The goal is to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, compliance with local building codes, and client satisfaction, while managing resources efficiently to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Responsibilities: Supervision of Construction Projects : Ensure the proper execution of projects, managing quality, timelines, and coordinating with all teams involved. Budget Control : Develop, manage, and oversee budgets, ensuring accurate cost management and certification of works. Documentation & Licensing : Prepare and review technical reports, blueprints, and required permits for construction projects, adhering to local codes. Safety and Health Compliance : Implement and supervise health and safety plans on-site, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality of materials and construction systems used, ensuring high standards. Technical Advising : Provide technical solutions during construction in collaboration with the architectural team. Project Planning & Management : Utilize tools such as Revit, Presto, and Microsoft Project for detailed planning and execution tracking. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience managing end-to-end construction projects, including new builds and renovations. Strong knowledge of the Technical Building Code (CTE) in Spain. Proficiency in Revit, Presto, and project management software. Familiarity with licensing and permits, particularly in the Costa del Sol region. Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is a plus. Preferred Experience: 5+ years working as an architect or project manager in luxury residential developments. Experience with cost control and bidding processes for construction projects
