You will manage from day-to-day to quarterly SEM processes such as bidding optimization, keyword improvements, ad copy improvements, and A/B testing and ensure a great overall user experience that will translate into conversions.
You will work together with a world-class team of performance marketers, data analysts, tracking analysts, and martech managers to build a high-performance Search Marketing Organization that will allow shaping the travel industry in the years to come.
What will you do: Build, maintain and improve our search engine marketing campaigns.
Optimize bid strategies ensuring that SEM ROI is aligned with company targets.
End-to-end ownership and execution of quarterly strategic initiatives for improvements of our overall SEM capabilities.
Manage and deliver a logical, continuous testing and optimization roadmap.
Closely collaborate with our Analytics, Product, Content & Creative, and Flights Content team to identify and execute levers for profitable growth.
Contribute to our global SEM strategy by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
Potential full ownership of a region for search engine marketing channels and as well more upper funnel channels.
Requirements: At least 3 years of in-depth and hands-on experience managing SEM Accounts; more is a plus.
First-hand experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
SEM Experience in Air Travel is a big plus.
Fluent in English; another language would be an advantage.
Preferably you have also worked with SA360 or some other SEA automation tool.
