You come in after the first bills become due and until the end of the process (receipt or transfer to a collection agency). To do that, you will have to manage various topics:Make outbound collection calls to debtors to recover outstanding billsNegotiate payment by credit card, direct debit, or transferEstablish payment plan schemes and schedules for large outstanding debtsProvide customers with accounting statements and update clients' bank informationInvestigate billing issues and, if necessary, request credit notes/refundsValidate customers' open balances in case of refund requestsRepublish restaurants on our platform once they have paid their pending invoicesRequest and prepare paperwork in the event of bankruptcy notificationsInteract and monitor with external collection agenciesProvide inputs to the CashCo Team Leader on potential improvements within the teamWho you are:You speak French as a native language, and a second language (English or Spanish)You have already worked 2 or 3 years in a similar positionYou have good negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written)You are dynamic, organized, with a methodical approach and attention to detailYou have strong customer focus and you are a team playerYou have the ability to work under pressure to attain company and team objectivesYou must be comfortable with ExcelYou have experience in ERP and SalesforceWhat we offer:Permanent contractCompetitive fixed salary and monthly bonusTicket RestaurantInteresting discount in private health insuranceCompensation for wellness/sport activitiesInternational working environmentWell-being activities and benefits (fresh fruit, free snacks, team-building events, etc.)
