You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that NaaS' Portfolio meets customer and business requirements in all the service towers, not only guaranteeing the BAU service but also in perimeter changes with the delivery of projects, transversal or not.The Cross Service and Project Delivery Manager has overall responsibility for helping to define the monolithic services, ensuring that the different services in the Product are fully aligned while also ensuring that the overall services are delivered according to agreed business requirements and managing the service lifecycle, alongside the other NaaS teams.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Coordinate the different technical areas to ensure that cross services are optimal for the client.Follow up with the cross suppliers on the delivery of the contracted services, compliance with SLA's, KPIs, Reports, Service Improvements, etc.Ensure end-to-end projects are fully aligned from creation, go-live, and final delivery.Control QA parameters on deliveries.Follow-up of the major incidents, improvement plans, postmortems, etc.Integration between the technical areas and the demand areas.Providing a service plan to Clients managing and aggregating all relevant services.Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.Honing and leading improvement team for the delivery infrastructure
