(Requirements) 4+ years of experience in operations management, building and developing diverse teams, delivering business goals.Solid leadership experience.Demonstrated operational, analytical, marketing, business development and/or finance skills.Successfully built and managed high-performing teams of 5-10 people.Passionate about education and changing people's lives.Results-oriented with a strong bias for action.Enjoy community building and love connecting with people.Big picture individual who is comfortable with the execution.Really positive.
