Pay Rate: $75,000 per year

This role will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential customers for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative lead generation strategies, utilizing a variety of channels and techniques to generate a steady stream of high-quality leads.

The ultimate goal is to contribute to the growth of our sales portfolio and generate revenue for the company.

Responsibilities: Develop strong customer relationships to build trust and create opportunities for sales.Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers identify their needs and find the best adjustment services.Navigate the sales process effectively, guiding customers towards informed purchasing decisions.Make attractive presentations to show the benefits and value of your services to teams or individuals.Highlight how your services can address specific customer challenges and contribute to their success.Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and sales execution.Respond to calls quickly and professionally to ensure a positive first impression.Answer customer questions with courtesy, clarity, and accurate information.Actively listen to customers' concerns and work towards solutions that exceed expectations. Requirements: Minimum experience of 3 years in sales or a similar position (preferably in Taxes and Legal Environment).Completely bilingual (Spanish and English).Basic math skills for sales calculations.Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate service knowledge.Familiarity with the concepts of US TAX and Puerto Rico Tax and Accounting.Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM.
