What you will do in this role:Provide concierge support for a pre-defined list of Independent Software Vendors developing, publishing, and growing sales.Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships.Define reason for call talk track designed for consistent repeatable execution.Product/Offering focus specific to target audience.Execute on structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence.Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of Partner".Your qualifications:Proficient or bilingual in Dutch and English.Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, and 1 year (+) IT industry experience.Sales skills and familiarity with modern selling techniques.Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes.Basic understanding of the target industry and ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions.Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using a CRM system.Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies.Strong written and verbal communication skills using professional business language.Don't meet every requirement?No worries.
