Our RD center in Madrid is at the forefront of the connected smart home market.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Technical Product Owner who is results-oriented, with experience in maintenance processes, TOA applications, notifications/tickets, and low-coding solutions for case management.
If you're passionate about technology and innovation, and want to be part of a team that protects what matters most, this is your chance!You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product development within our IT Field Services team, driving the implementation of tech solutions that support global maintenance and customer retention processes.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure our solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and strategic objectives.Translate high-level requirements and epics into detailed user stories for development teams to implement effectively.Ensure that agile practices are upheld and manage the product development lifecycle in an agile environment.Work on defining acceptance criteria for each user story and ensure the quality of deliverables.Lead the effort to develop low-coding solutions to enhance case management systems and maintenance processes.Implement and monitor continuous improvements in customer service systems and global retention processes.Participate in the technical and functional integration of our solutions internationally, collaborating with other teams within the organization.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in agile and tech product environments.Deep understanding of maintenance processes, case management, and TOA/notifications systems.Experience in process design, business analysis, and writing user stories.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders.Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.Skills CompetenciesOrganized, methodical, and results-oriented.Strong team player with leadership capabilities and ability to work autonomously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Customer-focused mindset and ability to manage vendor relationships.Nice to HavePrevious experience with low-coding solutions.Knowledge of digital channels and mobile app development.Experience with global customer retention processes.What We OfferPassion for People: We strive to create an environment where our employees can grow and develop.
