The main objective/purpose of this role is to innovate, implement, maintain, oversee and control all G2M systems & KPIs, sales technologies for a cutting-edge sales information and support program, to drive optimization & productivity projects and capability programs. The manager has to guide sales management and upper management to contribute to business sales strategies and to contribute to the day-to-day business decision-making process.

Job based in Barcelona, at the Spanish HQ Main responsibilities: Deliver double-digit NS growth whilst maintaining the high level of ROS. Define the local strategy (Strategic Plan) and the development opportunities for Water.Allocate resources to key markets and business drivers. Manage the full P&L well.Manage the dotted line Marketing team to build an optimized plan tailored to the region and commercially integrated.Manage the dotted line SCH and Finance team in the zone.Lead on Big Fish acquisition and make sure the team is geared up to land them.Continue to assess efficiency with distributors to ensure the most efficient RTM. Negotiate changes where needed.Maintain & develop a class-leading team environment & hire the best talent for the business.Develop the relationship at CEO/GM level with leading distributors, making sure we appear bigger than we are on their agenda.
