JOB TITLE MRP CONTROLLER
DURATION - LOCATION Permanente - Madrid (Cerro Negro)
MISSION Manage the Material needs in line with the strategic of HI and Cash Flow. Responsible for the configuration of the MRP process to ensure material availability and material rotation. Be the main interface for Projects and Operations regarding materials availability for the short, mid, and long term. Drive the purchase order process and manage suppliers, following supplier performance in terms of OTIF and Non-conformity.
RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate material needs with the teams from Engineering, Operations, and Projects.
Define strategies and policies for stock management in line with the budget of Projects and Objectives of the unit around Cash Flow.
Consolidate needs from Operations/Production and the BOM for the correct execution of the MRP module.
Manage Material Master data for the correct performance of the MRP, ensuring optimal generation of purchase requests, lot size, and frequency for material supply and availability.
Improve visibility on materials for production and operations.
Perform inventory analysis for the right definition of the procurement strategy.
Generate action plans for inventory reduction and increase inventory rotation.
Anticipate risks for stock shortages and material supply needs to provide visibility to Sourcing for optimal negotiation with suppliers.
Place purchase orders, manage order acknowledgments, follow up, and delivery control.
Manage suppliers' non-conformities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Training: Technical Engineer or Industrial Superior and/or Bachelor of Economics or Business Administration.
Languages: English (Essential) and French (Valuable).
SAP knowledge: MRP user level (Valuable).
Advanced knowledge: Office package.
Experience: Essential experience of at least 3 years in similar positions in the field of Supply Chain.
Valued experience in: Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
Knowledge and experience in: ERP Systems and Planning Tools.
Availability to travel: Yes.
