About us Purpose of the job : Solving occurring (planning related) problems; Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements; Provide input regarding the planning system and perform test work; Giving input, thinking along, and giving advice on forecasts/tactical planning; The right balance between costs and quality over the overall planning; The (telephone) contact with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders regarding orders; Placing transport orders and processing them; Monitoring planned transports and responding immediately to any deviations; Ensure a stable transport network; Additional administrative work; Stock control and inventory count.
Profile : 99% of your daily job is written and spoken in English.
Experience with logistics/transport is a must.
Experience with Excel and other tools such as PowerBi.
Experience with ERP systems.
Flexible availability between 07:30 - 19:00 from Monday to Friday.
Able to work independently.
High level of urgency.
