Job Description:MISSION:Deliver FCD A320Neo/Boeing Programme objectives (time, cost, and quality) to meet customer satisfaction in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, as well as contract framework.Support the operational activities of the Programme, key improvement projects, and the proper implementation of activities in the production/ramp up/down phases.Support stakeholder and customer requirements.Support activities from product delivery to Customer ToT at End Customer facilities.MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support to operational activities with customer:Close follow-up of deliveries.Air Supply collaboration.Regular meetings preparation.Non-conformities and documentary issues management.Customer Support key topics management.Concession acceptance process follow-up.Dashboard preparation and expedition.Support to customer requirements towards internal involved organizations activities:Master planning definition: short, medium, and long-term planning aligned with production plan, supply chain capacities, and inventory levels.Get adherence with different scenarios (ramp-up/down).Preparation and maintenance of the programme directives including the definition of forecast.Support to key operational activities with internal stakeholders:Preparing PRM and follow-up of actions.Quality KPI monitoring and Customer's Quality weekly meetings.Eradication plan definition and follow-up.Continuous improvement activities.Secure key industrializations.Industrial activities Program validation.Support to Risk and Opportunity management:Monitor, follow-up and report regarding risks and opportunities.Report status for ARM tool update.Support to Purchaser activities.SKILLS REQUIRED:Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.Advanced level in English and Spanish; German and/or French would be an asset.Operational experience such as Procurement, Supply chain, Industrial, Lean, Performance and Improvement experience, and Finance would be an asset.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Able to propose new ideas.Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Defence and Space SAUContract Type: Airbus Temporary Contract (SP) / Contrato temporal de AirbusExperience Level: Entry Level / Débutant / Anfänger / Recién tituladoJob Family: Programme & Project Management.
