Ryanair Engineering delivered by SIAM S.L., is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist to work in cooperation with its client airline, Ryanair, in the facility of Seville, Spain.

Requirements: Management of the onboarding process, coordination of the documentation of new hires, and management of incoming documentation.
Issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary, bonus letters, promotions, and dismissal letters.
Having a great understanding of the Collective Bargaining Agreements and the rights & duties of employees and employers.
Supporting managers and employees in managing teams in all personnel-related matters, from entry to exit.
Experience in delivering payroll in a timely and effective manner.
Minimum Requirements: Proven work experience in HR (HR Administrator) for at least 1 year.
BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
Analytical and goal-oriented.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Good knowledge of Spanish labor law.
Advanced English skills.
Proof of completed certificate of your Degree/Master related to HR.
