What to expect?You will lead a talented team of 11 IT specialists and oversee the optimal performance of the Cloud Infrastructure of our solutions designed for monitoring and managing renewable energy assets.
Your key responsibilities will include:Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop the Cloud Infrastructure team to reach their full potential, fostering a positive and productive environment.Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure cloud infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.Set goals, allocate tasks and resources, and manage the performance of team members.Drive and ensure the efficiency, availability, and scalability of our Cloud Infrastructure.Manage and prepare budget for IT-Cloud related expenses, including purchasing and staffing.Troubleshoot and resolve complex Cloud infrastructure issues.Engage in customer interactions for scaled Cloud Infrastructure issues, providing expert solutions and guidance.Establish and maintain collaborative connections with other IT teams and cross-functional teams across the organization.The team awaiting youYou will join the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity department, a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the reliable and secure operation of our cutting-edge GPM products and maintaining the robustness and scalability of the IT infrastructure, ultimately enhancing efficiency.

Which skills to bring?A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of technical experience in Cloud Infrastructure.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading distributed teams, allocating tasks and resources, managing performance, and people development.Proven track record in Kubernetes (k8s) - with deep understanding of networks, operating systems, database management and data flow systems.Ability to manage customer interactions and complex infrastructure issues.Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.As a person, you possess strong capabilities to lead, motivate, inspire, and develop others while aligning teams toward shared goals and a clear vision. You can foster a collaborative environment and maintain a positive working atmosphere. You excel in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management allowing you to thrive in cross-functional teamwork.
