You gather the right data to deliver insightful reports aiming to optimize brand performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities: Collect, clean, upload and verify data from Media agency (ensuring that this data feeds other strategic programs like Digital Marketing Cockpit, Matrix, etc.)Analyze Brand Campaigns implementation and deliver performance reports vs targets (coverage, OTS, GRPS, Budget)Stay in regular contact with Media agency, Marketing Activation TeamSupport campaign creative diagnostics, helping creative and brand teams to deliver the best assets by providing actionable insightsDevelop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into brand performance, utilizing data visualization tools and analytics platformsStay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in brand performance measurement, implementing improvements to reporting processes as neededImplement equity tracker according to global guidelines and ensure proper information in Global dashboarding including strategic KPIs monitoringMonitor social conversation and sentiment together with Share of SearchContribute to influencers' marketing performance understanding, highlighting best practices to be implemented for optimizationGather and track information of competitor activities, market trends, and industry benchmarks to inform and improve brand performanceCollaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting aligned with business objectivesConduct investigation studies to enrich marketing performance diagnostics and influence brand teams in their decision-making process.Required profile: Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business.Specialization in research and/or data is a plus.1-2 years experience in a similar position (marketing analysis).Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel & PowerPoint)Knowledge of visualization tools Think-cell & PowerBIFamiliarity with performance marketing tools such as Meltwater, Brand Lifts Studies, Google trend, etc.Understanding of the concepts of Marketing performance (inc. media, influencers, sponsorships), Social Listening and Brand Equity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Job Posting End Date: 2024-10-28
