We believe that through Sport, we have the power to change lives.To change lives, we have to create direct relationships with consumers and the best way to accelerate building direct relationships is through Digital.ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGERPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
They ensure that the agreed agile process is followed.
They also help to remove impediments and foster an environment for high performing team dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio, program and project support: Assists with the compilation of portfolio, program and project management reports.
Maintains program and project files from supplied actual and forecast data.Business analysis: Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization.
Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.Measurement: Applies standard techniques to support the specification of measures and the collection and maintenance of data for measurement.
Generates, produces, and distributes reports.
Uses measurement tools for routine analysis of data.
Identifies and implements improvements to data collection methods.Requirements definition and management: Assists in the definition and management of requirements.Key Relationships:Global TechHR ManagementControllingRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient spoken and written command of English.At least 3-year experience in IT.1 year of experience working as Agile Expert (Scrum Master).What we offer:Open environment to learn new technologies.You will be part of a highly engaged, multinational team with international career opportunities.Individual development, training and a tech community
