Responsibilities: Your role as Admissions Advisor will involve:
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students, both in person and on the telephone.CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.Primary responsibility for CRM contacts management.Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.Schedule meetings and interviews with prospective students and candidates for Director and Associate Director of Admissions.Prepare admission files for all applicants. Communicate status of applications and transfer files to appropriate departments. Follow-up to ensure a timely and efficient admissions process.Build and maintain excellent relationship with academic program management team to ensure smooth transition from candidate to program experience.Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Director and Associate Director of Admission.Support teammates as necessary to build a team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience and outstanding reputation of part-time programs team.Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputation and profile.Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:
