As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of these companies.Who are you?You have a proactive, steadfastness and creative mentality to get the job done.You are a networker who likes to achieve results in collaboration with internal stakeholders.You are a strong communicator who knows how to translate ideas or plans into actions.You are able to work autonomously.What will you do?Identifying the needs of the different companies.Supervising the operations of the different companies.Support in law and financial matters.You will report directly to the CEO.What are we looking for?Academic credentials.10 years' experience as middle layer management.If possible, experience in space or high tech aerospace projects or companies.Willingness to travel.Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Fluent (both written and spoken) in English (Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus).
