ResponsibilitiesLeads the HR Operations teamFocus on efficiency and harmonizationEnsure team upskillingDesign roadmap to GBS (Global Business Support) setupPayroll and HiringOversight of salary payments, social security, taxes, immigration, and any other related tasksEnsure compliance with legal requirementsCertificates, SurveysDatabase ReportingDatabases MaintenanceReporting and surveysTime managementDigitalization Data ManagementCollaborate/lead HR-led digitalization and data collection/generation within and outside HR to build up local and GBUs (Global Business Units)/Hub dashboardsRequirements3+ years experience acting in HR Operations managerial roles in matrixed multinational, best-class companiesIn-depth knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security schemesStrong understanding of various HR functions, including local labour law, compensation, and HR systemsCommunication Skills: adequate gravitas and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees at all levelsData literacy: ability to use data, metrics, and evidence to drive decision-making and changeBachelor's degree in labour relations, human resources, business administration, or related field plus postgraduate studiesSAP advanced userSpanish native speaker plus English C1 levelCommitted to Inclusion
