As our Deputy Marketing Director, you will define a 360 marketing and commercial plan with the wide Marketing Team. You will also build and maintain work relationships with our Brands partners and oversee the Brands' marketing events and activations in the Village.
This is a perfect opportunity for a strong Marketing professional currently working in multi brand cosmetics, FMCG, Film or Events looking to move into a Luxury Retail environment.
What you will be doing Developing strategies for promoting La Roca Village as a luxury destination of choice
Lead and empower the Marketing team within the Village
Actively develop a Marketing and Communications plan (relevant to domestic guests, International and expats communities)
Test and innovate new and engaging Marketing initiatives to activate the Village and brands
Ensure world-class product Marketing positioning, messaging and launches

To be successful with us, you'll have:
Experience in a similar role, e.g. agency environment, or publishing world, ideally with experience of marketing and brand building
Proven experience in large marketing activations
Strong performance in managing a team
Ability to create innovative and effective methods
Work well with all levels across the business
Fluency in English and Spanish
