It's a unique legacy of innovation that's fueled by great technology—and amazing people.What you'll be doingExtensive experience in M&A activities and deep functional HR knowledge in talent acquisitions and assessment, compensation, and benefits.Knowledge of global employee law, immigration, and technology tools is needed.Own the development of the HR M&A toolkit and establish processes that can be replicated across all deals and throughout the deal life-cycle.Research and develop best practices to continuously drive improvement in the deal process.Analyze survey data (pulse surveys) for EMEA countries/sites/BU's and organize focus groups, brainstorming sessions with relevant local and global HRBP's and manager/Site Leaders to provide appropriate guidance or training to the teams.Work with global L&D to source/create appropriate trainings to address the needs of teams following the survey results.What we need to seeBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience with strong organizational and people assessment skills.Strong analytical thinker, creative in approach to talent acquisition and highly inquisitive.Consulting experience.Broad business acumen.Has a data-driven approach with strong analytics.Obsession with employee support.Known for high judgment, high bias for action, and demonstrated ability to deliver results.Work with speed while facing ambiguity and uncertainty.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
